Born on October 31, 1976, in Cairo, Dr. Ali graduated from Al-Azhar University with a degree in medicine in 2001. He later completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Toxicology in 2013 and earned a Master’s in Family Medicine from the University of Oradea, Romania.

In 2013, Dr. Ali began creating medical content for YouTube, launching channels such as “Fekr Tany” and “Dr. Kareem Ali,” aimed at educating the public on wellness, preventive medicine, and nutrition. His accessible and evidence-based videos quickly gained popularity, especially among Arabic-speaking audiences. To reach an even wider viewership, he also introduced “New Thought,” a channel offering English-subtitled versions of his content.

Dr. Ali’s influence extends beyond digital media. He is the author of the Fekrtany Encyclopaedia, a multi-volume reference series addressing health, therapeutic nutrition, and disease prevention. The work has been praised for making complex medical topics understandable to general readers.

In recognition of his contributions, Dr. Ali was awarded “Best Health Content Creator” at the Arab Media Summit in 2023. His efforts are widely credited with improving public access to reliable health information across the Arab world.
